"We Loved You"

Maude

This is Maude, she was a 25 plus year old Quarter Horse. She came to us on January 13, 2008. She was turned over to us because her owner had passed away and the daughter had no clue how to care for her. Maude was about 200 pounds under weight, we fed her and gave her the medical attention she needed. (Apr. 2008)

russell
Russell was a mid 20s Belgian Draft horse. He had arthritis and after enjoying some retirement, has passed on. (Nov. 2007)

Joe

This is Joe. He was a 40+ year old mule. He is no longer with us as his age caught up with him and he passed away one night in his sleep.

Gunner

This is Gunner he was a 25 year old Leopard Appaloosa. He was blind. This is a charter trait of the Appaloosa as they get older. Not all will go blind. He was given up to the horse rescue because the people did not have the time to take care of him. He was adopted. He later passed away in his sleep while in his comfortable sleeping position

Misty

This is Misty, she came to us on June 10, 2006.
After 7 weeks of love and care, Misty passed from this world. We will miss her very much.

Mistie

Mistie passed away in her sleep. She had Cushing's disease. She was with us for happy times. We miss her dearly.

Misty was a 21 year old Quarter Horse/Appaloosa. She is now at peace.

Sneekers was an 18 year old grade horse. She was a sweet horse.
